Anderson & Associates Corporate Intranet
Site Launched: 1997
Anderson & Associates Corporate Intranet has, over the years, become essential to company operations. Through the intranet, employess can access volumes information on the company, download important documents, and much more. The intranet is available to all of A&A's branch offices, and employees can even gain access at home via dial-up connection. Among the resources available on A&A's intranet are the following:
- The Faces page, which contains pictures and profiles for all of A&A's employees
- Information on employee benefits, incuding the ESOP, 401K, and insurance plans
- Instructions for using and installing software
- Intercom, cell phone, and home phone numbers for all employees
The new A&A site, like many of the municipal websites developed by the Creative Services team, incorporates ASP, PHP, JavaScript and cascading style sheets. The end product is a website that is dynamic, aesthetically pleasing, and easily updated.

AAU Training Sessions Sign-Up Sheet
This application allows employees to view a calendar of all upcoming AAU training sessions, view details about each session, and sign up for the sessions he or she is interested in. Users can even specify the meal they prefer for each lunchtime session. |

Signout Sheet for People & Equipment
This application allows employees to sign themselves out for breaks or vactions; reserve conference rooms for meetings and function; and sign out equipment ranging from company cars and laptop computers, to overhead projectors and cameras. The application allows the user to view who or what is signed out on any given day, and for how long. |
