Anderson & Associates uses the "Strong Project Manager Concept." Project managers head a team of selected individuals who have responsibility for certain aspects of the work. The project manager is the primary contact for the client and review agencies. The officer-in-charge will provide overall leadership in the organization and backup to the project manager. The officer-in-charge provides quality control reviews while making certain the company's resources are allocated to complete the job on schedule.
