Company Culture

At Anderson & Associates, teamwork is the foundation of the organization. Our teams recognize the importance of quick turn-around and excellent service, which our administrative procedures, overall organization and depth of experience provide our clients. From the individual project teams to the employee stock ownership program, our teamwork approach encourages employees at all levels to strive for excellence.

In our company, creativity is valued more highly than conformity. By providing an open and supportive organization, we have been able to recruit and retain creative and dedicated people leading to high quality solutions for our clients. Our company truly encourages open dialogue, but with the understanding that you have to be able to prove your point if you have a different idea or disagree with the way things are done.

Open book management:

A&A practices open book management. All of our accounting reports are open and accessible for all the employees who care to look. In our company, knowledge is not hidden from its employees, we rather openly distribute information to all that are interested.

At A&A flexibility is key. Employees are issued a key to their office so that depending on the demands of your position and the needs of your team manager, you can create your own work schedule. Schedules can vary from 8:00 a.m. ā€“ 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. ā€“ 8:00 a.m., as long as it works for you and your team. All of our employees are paid on an hourly basis (even Mr. Anderson, our CEO) to avoid two classes of employees and to enhance our commitment to being flexible.
