Open book management:
A&A practices open book management. All of our accounting reports are open and accessible for all the employees who care to look. In our company, knowledge is not hidden from its employees, we rather openly distribute information to all that are interested.
At A&A flexibility is key. Employees are issued a key to their office so that depending on the demands of your position and the needs of your team manager, you can create your own work schedule. Schedules can vary from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m., as long as it works for you and your team. All of our employees are paid on an hourly basis (even Mr. Anderson, our CEO) to avoid two classes of employees and to enhance our commitment to being flexible.
