Southern Development, Charlottesville, Va.- Design of Village Oaks, a planned community including 127 residential units, a commercial area, an assisted living facility, a club house, and active recreation facilities on approximately 44 acres in Fluvanna County, Virginia. Services include project administration through design, horizontal and vertical control, boundary survey, subdivision plat, roadway and grading design, water and sanitary sewer design, stormwater collection and management design, erosion and sediment control design, and landscape plans.

Town of Blacksburg, Va. - Providing professional design services under a term contract with an annual renewal option.
