Bristol Virginia Utilities - GPS field location of all poles, transformers, and street lights in the BVU electric distribution system. The project will include development of a GIS with annotation of various system elements that will be included in BVU's system analysis. The project will also include a detailed Joint Usage Audit of the cable and telephone attatchments on BVU-owned poles.

Town of Blacksburg, Va. - Providing inspection services for two blocks of downtown renovation work along Main Street, from College Ave. to Roanoke St. Construction work will include demolition, utilities, concrete, drainage improvements, curbing, brick sidewalks, lighting, and landscaping.
