H. M. Kern, Madison Municipal Building, Madison, N.C. - Providing construction staking on an existing building. The building is being remodeled, and two new garages and a parking lot are being added.

Town of Wise, Va. - Working with the Town to help them apply for money to eliminate flood problems within the Town limits. Improvements would include buying out residents who are currently in the floodplain and experience frequent flooding. Those areas would then be turned into green spaces, parks, and recreation facilities.

City of Radford, Va. - Upgrading storm sewer systems within the Sunset Park and Fairgrounds drainage basins to resolve specific flooding problems. The project will include the major storm sewer systems and two storm water management facilities which will allow the City to make additional improvements in the future.
