- Town of Luray, VA -- evaluating the wastewater
treatment plant and exploring potential upgrades.
- City of Gastonia, NC -- providing
photographic simulation of improvements to Main Street for the City of Gastonia Uptown
Development.
- Virginia Department of Transportation -
providing field surveys, aerial mapping and underground utility designation in the Salem
and Staunton Districts, on 2.5 year on call contracts.
- Montgomery County and Montgomery County IDA, VA
-- term contract services. The first assignments will include field surveys,
environmental assessments, and preparation of a GIS program and parcel database.
- Department of Military Affairs,
Powhatan, VA – Providing civil engineering for the new armory building,
including grading, stormwater system, sanitary and water system designs, and access road
to tie into future park road. A&A is a subconsultant to architect Krummel &
Associates.
- Town of Pennington Gap, VA – overseeing
underground storage tank removal, collecting soil/water samples for analysis, and
preparing documentation and forms as required by the Department of Environmental Quality.
- United
States Postal Service – Providing civil engineering for two new post offices.
Work includes survey, wetlands delineation, grading and utility design for the post office
in Powhatan, Virginia, and grading, a new turn lane, utility design and coordination with
new subdivision access road for the Bon Air location. A&A is a subconsultant to
Ballou, Justice, Upton.
- North Carolina Economic Developers Association
– web site design.
- Clinch
Valley College, Wise, VA – providing civil/site design on several new
buildings on the campus -- a science building, a new student center, and two residence
halls of 60 beds each. A&A is subconsultant to VMDO Architects.
