AAU is an in-house training program that offers employees and clients the opportunity to expand their knowledge of important industry trends and business practices through a variety of courses. Employees can earn state-recognized Continuing Education Credits (CEUs), learn from industry experts and strengthen their professional development by participating in free courses held during the lunch hour. Each AAU module offers eight-week sessions to provide employees with a vast background of topics like Water 201 and Project Management 201. Utilizing the latest in technology, all A&A offices can simultaneously participate in training sessions, providing employees and clients with value-added convenience as they journey on the "Road to a World of Knowledge."
