Take exit 118-B off of I-81 to Route 460. This is the Blacksburg / Virginia Tech Exit, and puts you directly onto the 460 bypass.

Follow signs for 460 West to Blacksburg.

Take the exit labeled West 460 Business - Blacksburg, Smart Road. This exit splits - stay to the left towards West 460 Business - South Main Street.

When you merge onto 460 Business, you will go through stoplights at Professional Park Drive, Ellett Road and Marlington Street. Ardmore Street is next stoplight, directly across from the main entrance to the First and Main Shopping Center. You will also see South Main Cleaners and AAMCO Transmission on the corner of Ardmore. If you reach Kroger (on your left) and Hardees (on your right) you have gone too far.

Anderson & Associates is the first brick building on your right at 100 Ardmore Street. Parking is available at the front and back of the building.
