  1. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – We are 100% employee-owned! Except for monies re-invested in the company, all profits have been distributed through the ESOP.
  2. Open Book Management -- All financial information and pay rates are available to all employees via our intranet.   We want you to understand our business because you will be an important part of our team.
  3. Casual atmosphere and dress.  Our focus is on performance, not image.
  4. Health Insurance -- Offered to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee –Anthem KeyCare 30 plan
  5. Life Insurance -- Offered to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee.  Also offered is a voluntary life insurance plan that employees can purchase.
  6. Long and Short Term Disability Insurance -- Offered to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee
  7. Dental Insurance -- This program is voluntary and the employee pays 100% of the cost
  8. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – This program allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for medical expenses and dependent care expenses.
  9. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – This program is a voluntary confidential service that provides professional counseling and referral services. Offered to all employees and their family members.
  10.  401(k) Plan -- No employer match at this time due to ESOP contributions.
